'There To Care' service has been supporting our son Lee and us as a family for the last 18 months and the friendly approach makes us all feel as though we matter. The client-centred ethos, flexibility and befriending of our son has enhanced and supported the success of the service input to date. Frequent communication, regular monitoring of care and the caring attitude of the staff has made a real difference to our situation. Lee is on the autistic spectrum and has difficulty with many day to day things and he has found Gareth his support worker a very good advocate for his health and social care needs.
